About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Data Analyst with expertise in warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and reporting on data related to our supply chain, ensuring the optimization of warehouse processes, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Roles and responsibilities:
Data Collection and Validation :
· Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including
warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics platforms.
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data related to inventory
levels, order fulfillment, shipping, and other relevant metrics.
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and
logistics operations.
· Analyze and report on metrics such as order cycle time, on-time
delivery, and warehouse capacity utilization.
Reporting and Visualization:
· Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse and logistics
performance to stakeholders.
· Develop visually appealing dashboards to provide a clear overview of key metrics and trends.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting
requirements and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Root Cause Analysis:
· Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and discrepancies.
· Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
· Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is a plus.
