Job Description
Deliver comprehensive training sessions on embedded systems design, development, and testing. Facilitate hands-on lab sessions and assist participants with debugging and problem-solving. Ability to handle the diversified participants such as New Hire Training, Lateral training and graduating students too. Develop, update, and refine training modules and materials to keep them up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Collaborate with industry experts to ensure training contents reflect current trends and best practices. Responsible for upgrading skills on the respective technologies and getting the certifications. Comfortable handling client expectation setting/evaluation calls. To ensure learners’ satisfaction and achieve the feedback of 4.2 out of 5. To ensure there are a minimum of 12 training man-days every month To ensure 90% of learners who enrol for the training program should successfully complete the programJob tags
