Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Compliance Associate.

Sangrah LLP is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of forms to be filed with Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and RBI
• Formation of various entities including companies, LLPs, partnerships, and trusts
• XBRL conversion for financial reporting
• Preparation of board meeting minutes, resolutions
• Preparation of shareholders meetings notices, resolutions, and minutes

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work with PDF documents efficiently
