About Us: We, The Test Tribe, are Community-led EdTech Startup, focused on upskilling, backed by a leading global QA Community. The Events Manager will manage all aspects of event planning and execution for The Test Tribe. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging and impactful experiences for our community of Software Testers. The Events Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure the success of our events and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of The Test Tribe. As a company that operates in the quality space, we have set high standards for ourselves regarding the quality and output we produce for millions of techies; we expect the potential candidate to always have the same mindset.

Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets for online and offline events. Identify and secure event venues, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setup. Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote events and drive attendee registration. Create compelling event collateral, including websites, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage various channels for event promotion and audience engagement. Implement strategies to enhance attendee engagement and satisfaction before, during, and after events. Foster a sense of community and belonging among event participants through networking opportunities, interactive sessions, and feedback mechanisms. Collect and analyze attendee feedback to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our events.

Requirements: 2-5 years of Experience Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. The candidate should be an extrovert when it comes to communicating with new people and should not hesitate to speak verbally/or in writing with new people. Excellent team worker who can collaborate with different team members Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences Prior Tech Events/Community Experience is mandatory Experience with online hosting platforms like Airmeet, and Hubilo is a big plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to support event activities.
