Designation: Community Sales Manager

 

About the firm:

Karma Workspaces is an upscale co-working space, based in Ahmedabad. We build & rent out ergonomic workstations & cabins to MNC clients. We are located on Sindhu Bhavan Road in the high-end project of Shivarth THE ACE. We are the sister firm of a real-estate firm, Shivarth Projects, which has been in the real estate field for last 30 years.

 

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic, professional candidate to function within our Business Centre in Ahmedabad.

The offered position is that of the ‘front face’ of our organization, in the said branch. The role requires working in close association with the top management, with premium clientele to manage. It is an office-based role, with commute required within the city, from time to time.   This position will report directly to the owner of the firm.

Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.

 

Prerequisites for the role (Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role)

·  Experience & high performance in customer account management & corporate sales.

·  Self-starter & experienced in handling B2B sales.

·  Customer Service Oriented & Flexible, Self-Composed in demanding situations.

·  Strong Organizational skills & thorough knowledge of MS Excel.

·  Excellent communication & negotiation skills with preferred experience in Real Estate Industry.

·  Ability to connect with young startups, SMEs, corporates.

·  Strong sales skills which include the ability to find and close deals - result oriented performer.

·  Ability to create new sales ideas, bring new leads, do outbound calling to pitch clients.

·  Should be proficient in the use of software programs that are utilized by Coworking Spaces.

·  Experienced in developing sales reports and analytics.

·  Open to working late hours if the business demands.

 

Job Role

·  Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centres success through P&L management.

·  Inbound lead management, lead generation, and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.).

·  Recording leads in the CRM and following up with the client.

·  Assisting the client to visit the coworking space and showing the available options

·  New Member Development, Community teams, Client Solutions, Product team, Business Development team, Broker Partnerships Team, Account Management) to ensure successful closure of requirements. 

·  Finalising the deal and contractual agreement/paperwork.

·  Completing On-boarding formalities.

·  Work on generating specific deal proposals and partner / collaborate with other support functions (

·  Building sales strategies, templates, processes and automating the sales procedure.

·  Building a good broker network for accelerated sale conversions.

·  Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with CXO’s and other business leaders to bring in new clients and grow existing accounts.

·  Maintaining members, memberships, plans, inventory in the backend member management software.

·  Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin & customer satisfaction.

·  Maximize occupancy and profitability of the Centre by proactively managing customers expansion requirements, by driving sales.

·  Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop the sales strategy.
