Job description
We are looking to hire both e-commerce SEO & Affiliate Marketing SEO
Responsibilities •In this role, your focus will be on using your expertise in Affiliate SEO as a key contributor to our performance marketing function, collaborating with colleagues across Editorial, Product/Development, and Commercial •You will leverage your expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and Affiliate SEO across a global Publishing platform to drive audience and conversions to deliver on our performance marketing objectives •Embed SEO into technical, product, and editorial Affiliate workstreams •Collaborate with Editorial teams, implementing strategies such as keyword research to support content planning to support Affiliate efforts as well as broader content strategy •Work closely with fellow SEO team members on extending overall strategy to Affiliate •Establish best practices for using SEO strategies to deliver results in our Affiliate vertical •Create the Affiliate SEO playbook, identifying both short-term and long-term strategy •Oversee the Affiliate SEO approach with respect to regionalization of multiple editions and languages •Identify areas of opportunity where SEO-led strategy can deliver additional value to business •Create proper measurement and tooling plan to optimize Affiliate SEO approach and monitoring Qualifications •5+ years experience in SEO •Experience using SEO as part of an Affiliate content and conversion strategy •Experience as part of a performance marketing team •Expertise in on-page, site structure, link building, keyword research •Experience working with Product, Development, and Editorial teams to further SEO best practice •Familiarity with Analytics (e.g. GA4) and SEO (e.g. Semrush, Ahrefs) tooling •Experience working in an SEO role across a global multi-platform publishing portfolio •Expertise in News SEO •Experience designing organizational SEO strategies and best practicesJob tags
