Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to join our team at DBOT Realty Pvt. As a Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India with a salary range of competitive rates. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of Mivan Shuttering, Residential, Commercial, and Real Estate construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize multiple construction projects
- Proficiency in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing works
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in project planning and budgeting
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, planning, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of site staff and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budget estimates, and cost tracking
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review and approve project designs, specifications, and materials
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
