ÂJob DescriptionÂ:Â
1. Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs to enhance brand positioning and brand visibility to generate leads.
2. Regularly evaluate and share strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the management.
3. Good knowledge in Hospital Marketing , Referral Marketing.
4. Oversee all the social media platforms for planning and execution of strategies in place.
5. Ensure that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual marketing budgets for the team.
7. Promote and impart strong and inspirational leadership skills to the entire team by demonstrating the company's values.
8. Work to ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across relevant team/ business functions.
9. Ensure that our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing platforms (videos, events, digital campaigns, websites and promotional materials)
10. Strategy making and implementation for Business development.
