Job Title: Staff Accountant

Position Overview:
- Tally and Accounting:
- Proficient in Tally software; responsible for daily vouchers, purchase, sales, petty cash entries, and generating necessary reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Bank Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the senior accountant.
- Client Follow-up:
- Regularly follow up with clients for payments, sending reminders via email and phone calls.
- Collaborate with the senior accountant to resolve any outstanding issues related to client payments.
- Compliance Management:
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing and filing relevant financial documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support to Senior Accountant:
- Collaborate with the senior accountant to address any accounting-related tasks and provide necessary support.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally software is a must.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
