Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Generation:
- Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned region
- Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
- Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis
- Develop new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls
- Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
- Increase in-house business shares in existing customers
- Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers
- Partner management/ Stake holder management:
- CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD)
- Direct customer/CP Credit term, Credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD
- Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain and analyse region and industry specific data as per business needs
- Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements
- e-CRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same
Requirements Educational Qualification: - Minimum qualification should be B.E/ B.Tech , MBA will be an add on advantage
Work Experience: .
- 5 to 10 years of experience of industrial automation sales in OEM business, FMCG, Pharma, Logistics West region -Pune, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagar, Nagpur etc
- Experience in Industrial Automation products like – PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Control components, panel components, SMPS, relays, Vision etc
Functional competencies: - Knowledge of handling Robotics, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, Sensing and control components
- Competent to independently handle product demos and technical queries for customers
Behavioural Competencies: - Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
- Sense of Urgency, target oriented
Travel: - To travel across Maharashtra but within assigned region as per business needs
