Job description
Job title: Oracle Developer with Bank experience
Location: Jersey City NJ.
Duration: 12 month contract W2
Work Type: Onsite
Exp Required: 10 Yrs
MustHave:
710 years experience in Oracle Exadata SQL PL/SQL
23 years experience in SQL Performance tuning
Clear understanding of Oracle Server Process Architecture and memory structures PGA (Program Global Areas) SGA (System Global Areas) to optimize memory usage
Knowledge about Oracle VPD
Strong coding debugging and analytical skills
Knowledge about Oracle architecture and process
Knowledge of computer science data structures and algorithms
Experience with analytic reporting tools like Tableau
Analytical skills to perform technical and functional analysis with strong communication skills
Experience working in Containers
Knowledge of Python and Apache Airflow
Experience in CICD Jenkins Git
Experience working in Agile teams.
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing batch/ETL interfaces using the proprietary metadatadriven approach as part of the LIBRA Interface Team
Maintenance and support of the existing interface processes including investigation of issues and production troubleshooting
Maintaining the data lineage to facilitate the endtoend traceability as and when changes to the ETL
Liquidity reportspecific derivations
Implement ETL solutions for large volumes of data by applying various data warehouse modeling techniques like Star Schema Data partitioning Data compression Direct path loads etc. and that maximizes reusable components and services that incorporate versioning reconciliation and exception handling
Perform application tuning using various tools like EXPLAIN PLAN SQL*TRACE TKPROF AUTOTRACE and AWR Reports
Maintain high standards and follow best practices by refactoring existing code to enhance readability performance and general structure
Desired Skills:
Experience working on regulatory projects
Knowledge of Python
