Job description
Job Title: Information Technology - Project Manager (IT) Location – PUNE (Kharadi) Shift Time- 12pm – 9pm IST Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH)
Project Overview: These projects involve the implementation of Data security and/or IAM tools/processes to close audit identified gaps for potential sensitive data risks, and the implementation of governance monitoring/metrics/reporting processes/tools. The PM will work with a project team made up of application team members, offshore team members, and business partners. Past experience working with Information Security Technology teams is a huge plus. Role: - Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with involvement from multiple groups - Experience working on Information Security or Data Protection/IAM/PAM Security projects a plus - Experience working in a Security Technology business unit - Experience working in ADO and Clarity PPM a plus - Candidate must have proven ability to be self-directed with excellent leadership skills to identify gaps, remove impediments, and escalate transparently risks and issues with projects to enable success for the project team. - Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must - Strong organizational and leadership skills a must - PMP or CPM certification is a plus, but not required Experience Level: Level 3 (7 Yrs. To 10 Yrs.) Level 4 (10 Yrs. To 12 Yrs.) Level 5 (12 Yrs. To 15 Yrs.) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with Certified project manager preferred Must Have Skills- Experience working in ADO- is Mandate Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with involvement from multiple groups Experience working on Information Security or Data Protection/IAM/PAM Security projects a plus Experience working in a Security Technology business unitJob tags
