Role: US IT Recruiters Experience: 5 + Years No.of Openings: 10 Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal Hyderabad. Work Hours: Night Shift (USA EST Timings)
Role & Responsibilities Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Technical Recruiting Process. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision. Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Look up for the right resumes that match our client requirement on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules. Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills. • Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis. • Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments. • Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs. • Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts. • Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned. • Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed. CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES: • Have At least 5 + Years Experience as a Technical Recruiter. • Good Communication Skills • Leadership Capabilities • Wear multiple hats as needed. • Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
