Greetings !!

Looking for Assistant Vice President/VP- Land Acquisition with leading PMC for Ahmedabad location.

Experience – Min. 8+ Years

Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate

Responsibilities - General

Position Purpose and Nature:-

• Identify new clients and advise them in taking informed decisions on industrial land acquisition/ disposals or optimally utilizing their existing real estate assets.
• Sourcing properties/ conducting site inspections/ negotiation and closure of deals for warehousing requirements
• Exposure to real estate financial modelling
• Understanding of competitive bidding, auction process
• Independently handling client requirements
• Execute and close deals (the actual lease/ sale of properties negotiations etc.).
• Monitor and handle legal and other documentation pertaining to the same.
• Keep abreast of latest developments on mergers/ acquisitions etc. Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients.
• Plan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients.

Key Accountabilities and Duties:-

• Identifying new clients and generating leads.
• Understanding the client's requirements and suggesting warehouse and logistic parcels to suit the same.
• Taking the client for an inspection of the short listed properties.
• Executing and closing deals (the actual lease/ sale of land parcels).
• Handling documentation pertaining to the same.
• Keep abreast of latest developments / commercial properties available in various pockets of Bangalore.
