Role: Service Desk Engineer (Voice / Chat / Remote process)

Experience: 1 year to 4+ years experience in SD / IT Infra support / International Voice process

Job Location: Chennai / Noida

Payroll company name: Savantis Solutions India Pvt. Ltd

Website:

CTC: upto 4.50 LPA (Depends on your Experience and Current CTC)

Note: Freshers are not eligible.

1. Should be willing to work 24/7 Shift No Fixed shift, its purely rotational (6 PM to 6 AM- (9.30hrs working hours))

2. Both Side Cab will be provided (25Kms for Male and 35Kms for Female employees from office locations)

3. 5 days working from office is Mandate No Hybrid

4. Should have excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

Identify and diagnose issues and problems.
Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
Support problem identification
Advise users on appropriate course of action.
Monitor issues from start to resolution
Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
Provide essential online security advice and support.
Process of Hiring:-

Communication screening
Versant Test.
Virtual Technical cum HR interview with client.
