Role Description

As a Sales Marketing Manager, this is a full-time hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work with some on-site work in Karnal. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing strategies to support the business goals. The Sales Marketing Manager will plan, oversee and coordinate marketing and promotional activities, communicate effectively with clients, conduct market research and analysis for identifying growth opportunities and driving sales revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• 6+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the solar or renewable energy industry
• Experience in creating and implementing successful strategies for driving sales growth and KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research and analysis
• Experience in managing sales teams, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals
• Experience in creating and presenting compelling sales and marketing presentations
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and other sales and marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, Master's degree is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
