We are looking for someone to run the PR vertical and manage day to day needs of our clients. (Candidates with RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN 'PR AGENCY' BACKGROUND ONLY) Responsibilities Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media Coordinate all public relations activities for clients Lead a team and be overall accountable for their performance Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media to facilitate the current clients Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis. Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Create PPTs and other collateral to project the work we will be doing for the client Share daily reports on coverages opportunities and crisis management Requirements Candidates in Delhi/NCR to only apply 7-8 years working experience with public relations agency required, rest will not be entertained Proficient in English - exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written Experience in leading teams Proficient in Presentation Skills - creating and presenting Skilled in client management Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets Exceptional writing and editing skills Event planning experience BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related disciplineJob tags
