Reporting - Chief Product and Technology Officer
Work Location - Koramangala, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
● Own the vision, blueprint and strategy of Custiv's data framework ( security, reference data, metadata, and master data)
● Visualise and Design Custiv's enterprise & platform data management framework for collecting, organising, storing, and accessing company information.
● Design Custiv's IT & Platform Data Model
● Research data acquisition opportunities.
● Developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to retrieve data
● Create procedures to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
● Define policies, procedures, models, and technologies for Enterprise & business platform data. Own how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems.
● Data Integrity & Security policy, governance & management
● Guide data teams on bringing business requirements to life
Develop and optimize database models to store and retrieve company information
Skills -
● Hands-on Data Practitioner - equally adept with Code, Communicating, and Consensus building.
● Go Getter & extreme individual ownership. Frugal mindset. Do more with less.
● Experience & hands-on ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, data mining (patterns, anomalies, and correlations)
● Substantial experience in data architecture, data modeling, databases, data integration, and data design.
● Multiple years of experience in designing and maintaining columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.
● Data mining, visualization, and Machine Learning skills are a plus
● Tooling & Languages: Data modeling tools (e.g. Erwin/Visio..), SQL, Python, Java, C/C++.
● Azure/AWS/GCP hands-on knowledge
● 5+ Years of experience in Data Architecture at Startups, inhouse 0 to 1 ventures, or new business scaleups at large enterprises
● 5+ Foundational experience in Data Engineering &/or BI (Data/Business Analysis) /Predictive analytics (or Data Science) is desirable
