HR Assistant in Borivali Location
1 to 2 years experience candidates.
Profile -
- Joining formalities & Exit formalities.
- Onboarding and documentation coordination with employees.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- UAN and ESIC creation and resolve the queries related the same
- Coordinate & complete all the work assigned by the team.
Skills - Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Having good knowledge of MS word and Excel
Human Resource Assistant Requirements - A proven track recording of executing HR-related tasks.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Hands on experience working with MS Office, and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
