Domain Skills
Preparer, 1065, Partnership Return, Federal Return
• Very good understanding of Financial Accounting.
• Genaral understanding of Capital Markets
• Genaral understanding of Taxation
• Candidates with experience in Taxation and Accounting are preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Preparing tax work papers for calculation of taxable income for group companies, subsidiaries and partners.
• Review of Federal Partnership and corporate Tax Returns along with State filings and K-1s review for investors.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly tax estimates
• Interface with tax team in different domiciles
