✈️ Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling to students regarding their career aspirations, academic advising, and education. The Academic Counselor will also be responsible for communication with students, maintaining student records, and maintaining relationships with universities and educational institutions.

✈️ Responsibilities

• Student Advisement: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to assess their academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and study goals.
• University Selection: Assist students in selecting institutions that align with their academic and career objectives.
• Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using our internal systems.
• Application Support: Assist students in preparing comprehensive university applications, including documentation and submission.
• Take inbound and outbound calls
• Visa and Immigration Assistance: Stay updated on immigration regulations for the Italy, and ensure students are well-informed.
• Aid students in completing scholarship applications and securing financial support for their studies

✈️ Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with visa and immigration procedures for international students.
• Previous experience in academic advising or international student services is advantageous.
