Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, answering their questions, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves using sales techniques to convert prospective students into enrolled students. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for educating students about the various tech courses offered by Masai and helping them choose the right course for their needs.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal communication, communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales or a related field
• Experience in education or a related field is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• A passion for helping people achieve their career goals
