Role - Assistant Manager -FIG Sales Support (L1), Kotak Tower (Mumbai HO)
Education and Experience -
Graduate, with 10-16 years of experience in life insurance industry
Job Responsibilities -
- Working with Channel Partners of Financial Institution Group. Key Responsibility to achieve Monthly & Annual Targets , agreed by Channel Partner & KLI.
- Frequent Meetings with Channel Partners to plan and track Monthly Numbers.
- Developing & maintaining relationship with all the concerned teams of the Channel partner in HO to ensure smooth flow and growth of business
- Maintaining trackers of Business , Provide regular trainings to Sales Team & Solve their queries regarding Product & Sourcing New Business.
- Monthly Analysis , suggestions & Sharing reports to KLI & Channel Partners. Resulting Growth in MOM Numbers.
- Improving Current Processes & TAT's by innovative approaches.
- Projections like expected Logins / Conversions , Daily Logins report to concern Channel Partners. Coordination with Operations , Underwriting , Claims , Actuarial. Coordination with Legal , Compliance , Marketing , Product Team of KLI as well as Channel Partners.
Skills -
1. Good with Excel & PowerPoint Presentation and have strong Analytical Skills.
2. Coordination with Operations , Underwriting , Claims , Actuarial. Coordination with Legal , Compliance , Marketing , Product Team of KLI as well as Channel Partners and share various reports.
3. Maintaining trackers of Claims , Pending cases for Issuance , Refund & Cancelations
4. Monthly Analysis of Business MIS's, suggestions & Sharing reports to KLI & Channel Partners.
5. Improving Current Processes & TAT's by innovative approaches.
