Job description
Recommending / Conducting Property Appraisal. Conducting Individual Technical Visits. Preparation Recommendation of Individual TSR. Ensuring compliance as per technical policy process. Recommending Technical Agency for Appointment. Coordination with Technical Agency. Vetting of reports submitted by the technical agency.
Adherence to TAT requirements. To monitor construction progress for under construction property. Update Periodic circulation of Technical Visit MIS MIS reports required from time to time. Monitoring of Technical OTC PDD ensuring timely closure of the same. Update Property Base Rate Index. Timely resolving audit queries.
