Role Description

The Executive Assistant (to Chief Media Officer) is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief Media Officer, providing technical support, managing tasks, organizing meetings and coordinating, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Media, Comms, Journalism, or IT is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
