Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, PuneJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Equity Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Equity Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with retail, HNIs etc providing them with personalized equity investment solutions and exceptional service. Candidate will get an opportunity to work in MNC and also get associated with overseas products Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base.Proactively prospect new clients and cultivate relationships with potential investors through networking, referrals, and industry events.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, and investment needs in a timely and professional manner.Understand clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial goals to provide tailored equity investment solutions.Develop and recommend equity investment strategies and portfolio allocations based on client's investment objectives and risk profiles.Manage equity portfolios for clients, including portfolio construction, rebalancing, and performance monitoring.Ensure alignment of portfolio strategies with clients' investment objectives and risk tolerance.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and research, to develop marketing materials and strategies to attract and retain clients.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions and investment activities. Qualifications:Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization. Proven experience of 2-3 years in equity relationship manager roles in the broking industry.Strong understanding of equity markets, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.Salary Best in the industry About PhillipCapital:PhillipCapital Group is a Singapore-based company established in 1975.
