Job title: Technical Project Manager

Responsible for driving Supplier Transfer projects, Productivity projects & Obsolescence / sustaining projects and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements during each IL phases by working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams.

Your role:

1. Represent PE & CM in I2M - Acts on behalf of Procurement Engineering and Commodity Management for project or supplier related activities, ensuring relevant PE & CM team members are always informed and involved. - Support the deployment of early supplier involvement and target costing and tracking for assigned product, in alignment with CM and PE - Prepare requirement package from PLM and the Supplier Project Agreement/ Project Book - Communication of project related commercial & technical requirements - Drives request for quotation process and supports supplier selection based on the Forward Procurement List based on the delegation scheme - Maintain cost history of parts assigned, supporting project teams to roll up actual cost. - Project management of activities at supplier, including management of related fields in the Sourcing Plan, in alignment with overall project plan. In HS this includes project management of supplier industrialization activities. - Manage on time deliveries of parts during NPI & LCM projects (samples, prototypes, ramp up... note: project team responsible for order requisition via SRM, PO placement by Ops buyer or SSC) - Owner for delivering the assigned parts to meet project needs

2. Support CM Strategy & Supplier Management - Supports commodity strategy and execution in close relation with the Commodity Teams Provides input regarding business requirements - Accountable for the phase in/out ramp up/down process and related supplier communication - Execute and support phase in - phase Out (PIPO) planning related to new product introduction and LCM activities - Ensure availability of Proprietary protocol for assets at suppliers (marking/tagging by SQA) - Manage change towards supplier (provides specifications to supplier, ensure agreement and full implementation up to IT systems, involves CM if commercial discussion required). Change request from suppliers are funneled via SQ - Assess supplier capacity against requirements for suppliers for his/her site inform SAM of any required change

3. Support overall site related activities - Execution of supplier setup and SAP / PLM master data creation - Support CM / Ops Buyers / P&S with price update in local system if help is required - For savings projects: Communicate project related commercial & technical requirements to supplier Maintain SMRS/PMT for own activities 4. Conducts complete diagnosis of most business problems, factoring in a strong understanding of inventory management - Independently identify, design, direct, and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time inventory issues - Proactively assess and recommend solutions to supplier-related problems (e.g. inventory flow problems, related process issues) - Recommends strategic direction for long term

4. Creating breakthrough Supplier strategies and programs to impact to the bottom and top-line - Drives and orchestrates Supplier related decision making processes with involvement of Senior Executive Management on both sides - Improve the existing and new product specifications, challenges I&D on specs - May act as delegated Supplier Account Manager under the responsibility of the relevant commodity team

5. Organize a network with internal/external stakeholders to deliver optimum results - Initiates and creates a culture of change and continuous improvement - Represents Procurement in new Product Introduction projects

6. Deliver on defined project plan and related SPPM KPIs - On time and completeness of I2M deliverables - On track product costing in I2M - Savings funnel
