Job Description: Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software consultants with Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Salesforce knowledge for our Mainspring CLM Business.
As a Software Consultant/ Sr. Software Engineer, you will work closely with business stake holders, architects, Project Managers and Clients. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining CLM Solutions.
Essential Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable CLM solutions using Salesforce CPQ.
- Design and develop custom CLM workflows, automation rules, and approval processes to streamline contract creation, negotiation, and execution.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ functionalities to meet specific business needs, including pricing, quoting, and contract management.
- Lead integration efforts between Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, analyze user requirements, and iterate on CLM solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CLM and Salesforce CPQ, evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance our contract management capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on CLM and Salesforce CPQ, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
Requirements / Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on CLM and contract management solutions.
- Exposure to one or more CLM Applications – Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, DocuSign, Iron clad
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Strong understanding of Contracts Life Cycle Management (CLM) principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to CLM and Salesforce CPQ.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies, APIs, and web services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
- Experience with contract analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), or machine learning (ML) technologies is desirable but not required.
