Qualification: Qualification: Minimum Bachelors (In related Field), Experience: Minimum 1-5 years (In Same Field), Good Communication Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Familiar With Startup Environment and Ability to perform under pressure
Job Responsibilities :
1. Formulating fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
2. Setting standards and objectives for different stores.
3. Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
4. Report to senior executives on progress and issues
5. Ensure compliance with company s policies and operational guidelines
6. Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
7. Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
8. Proven experience as area manager, sales officer, assistant manager or similar managerial role.
