Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist in our Raipur location. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting and training. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external networks to source, develop and manage candidate pipelines, conduct phone and in-person interviews, manage recruitment process, and execute hiring activities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
