Assistant Manager - Business Finance

Job description

1.Candidate will be part of the Central Strategy, Business Finance and Investor Relations team.

2. The role will involve diverse set of opportunities including-Core Business Finance (including tracking Company and Product Level Profitability, Management MIS, Budgeting, Projections, cost analysis and optimization etc.)

-Equity Fund Raise and IPO & Investor Relations (Preparation of Investor MIS along with handling of Investor queries)

- Mergers & Acquisitions

- Stakeholder Management (the role requires working closing with multiple teams such as C-Suite, Treasury, Business, Finance etc.)

3. Ideal Qualification: CA /with a Finance background with up to 1.5 years of experience in FP&A/Strategy and strong proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills.

4. Previous experience in NBFC/Rating Agency/Financial services/Retail Banking etc.
