Job description
Responsibilities
The Quality Specialist shall be responsible for Service Delivery Quality in the areas assigned
. Perform activities delegated as per Service Quality Plan
. Identify metrics to be tracked for the processes
. Report the engagement quality performance on weekly/monthly basis
. Perform root cause identification of process failures, seek corrective action plans from owners and drive implementation
. Support risk assessment and control activities (FMEA deployment)
. Validation of Sampling Plan and assess adherence to the Transaction monitoring requirements
. Conduct calibration sessions
. Assessment of the engagement for compliance to controls, quality standards and requirements
. Report out deviations from the assessment conducted and follow up with respective owners for actions plans to address the deviations
. Conduct ideation and challenge mapping exercise
. Proactive identification of risks and timely reporting
Desired / Preferred Skills:
. Knowledge and Experience of Life and Annuities insurance domain
. Lean Six Sigma - YB / GB Trained or Certified
Must have skills:
. Process Management : Auditing, Gap Assessment, Root cause analysis, Coaching & Feedback
. Process Improvement : Problem solving skills, Data Analysis
. Good Communication Skill and Comprehension skill
. Ability to handle governance calls with internal and external stakeholders
. Good command over MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
