Job description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who excels in a fast-paced setting and can provide effective customer service. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries and issues through tickets and chat. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Job Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve technical support issues via ticketing and chat. Deliver exceptional customer support. Field requests from clients and partners. Learn and proficiently utilize various data querying tools and Company-specific toolsets. Familiarize yourself with Git processes and effectively use Github. Read and interpret log data efficiently. Communicate technical terms in a clear and simplified manner for clients. Advocate for customers' needs to improve the platform. Demonstrate a commitment to customer success and software experience. Innovate new ways to enhance the end-user experience and software functionality. Utilize all available resources and recognize when issues require escalation. Communicate effectively with users, partners, and clients. Understand and use internal systems for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Utilize interpersonal skills when collaborating with colleagues, clients, and management. Develop a thorough understanding of all company core services, applications, and architecture.

Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of customer support experience preferred. 1+ years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, obtaining results, and providing solutions for a broad range of technical problems preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Advanced Qualifications: Experience troubleshooting APIs. Development experience. Working knowledge of APIs and data structures. Previous experience in the financial industry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT This role requires working in the office for a standard 40-hour workweek. Compensation: The expected earnings for this role could include a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

This pay range is just one component of our companies total rewards package. We consider several factors when determining individual starting pay, including the job and level at which they are hired, location, and skillset, as well as peer compensation.
