Job description
Responsibilities:- Design and develop distributed systems using. NET tech stack (.Net 6 +).- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.- Develop microservices and event-based systems.- Work with the team to design and implement cloud-based applications.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.- Lead the design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Oversee the development and implementation of .Net-based solutions.- Manage and lead the development team, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.- Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.- Mentor and guide team members, fostering skill development and growth.- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in .Net technologies.- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance development processes.Requirements :- Have experience with building domain-driven systems.- Experience in developing applications using Kafka or RabbitMQ.- Experience in developing applications using Kubernetes or Docker.- Experience in developing applications using Azure or AWS.- Experience in building scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
