Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the company, managing resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements. The Operations Manager is also responsible for supervising and training staff to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in operations management, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry 10 years or more in Freight Forwarding Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to manage resources effectively Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the industry Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plusJob tags
