Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixologist Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for creating and serving classic and innovative cocktails, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with the customers and the team, overseeing food and beverage service, training and supervising the bar staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with alcohol-serving regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Expertise in creating and serving classic and innovative cocktails with a deep knowledge of mixology and the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated experience in training and supervising bar staff
- Proficiency in culinary skills to pair cocktails with food for an exceptional dining experience
- Ability to facilitate effective training sessions for the staff to maintain high standards in beverage and service quality
- Experience and understanding of complying with alcohol-serving regulations
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
