Job description
- Handle inbound calls from the customers.
- Identify the needs of customers resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Excellent communication skill Versant level 5 must.
- Six days Working & 1 rotational weekoff 9 hours shift.
- Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality (front Desk) / International calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Collections).
- Typing Test 2530 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females).
- Typing Test 2530 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Salary: Graduate (611 months work expr) 3.20 lacs Graduate (12 months plus work expr) 3.50 lacs.
