Role And Responsibilities

As a Showroom Manager at Kezan consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Motivating and managing the sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Creating and implementing business strategies to drive store profitability and growth
  • Managing merchandise and ensuring proper stock rotation and identification
  • Analyzing the competitive market and identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Delivering customer orders on time and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Training and developing the internal staff for succession planning

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Graduation or Post Graduation degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in the same industry
