- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Executive to join our legal team
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal support, ensuring compliance, and managing legal affairs within the organization
- This position requires a solid understanding of legal principles, excellent research skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Research and Analysis:Conduct legal research on various issues and provide analysis to support decision-making
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization
- Contract Review and Drafting:Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure that contractual terms align with the organization's interests and comply with legal requirements
- Compliance Management:Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for relevant stakeholders
- Legal Documentation:Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records
- Prepare and file legal documents as required
- Dispute Resolution:Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including communication with external parties, attorneys, and relevant authorities
- Contract Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deadlines
- Legal Support:Provide legal support to various departments, answering legal queries and offering guidance on legal matters
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
