Job description

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, providing personalized
support and guidance in navigating the complexities of the stock market.
• Understand and address clients' investment goals, risk appetite, and preferences
• Deliver timely and relevant updates on stock market trends, financial news, and
investment opportunities to clients.
• Conduct educational sessions to empower clients with knowledge about stock market
dynamics and investment strategies.
• Proactively identify and resolve client concerns related to stock trading, investment
portfolios, and market fluctuations
• Collaborate with stock market analysts and support teams to ensure swift issue
resolution.
• Facilitate the seamless onboarding of clients entering the stock market, guiding them
through account setup, trading platforms, and investment options.
• Ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of the stock market environment.
• Collaborate with stock market analysts, financial advisors, and internal teams to align
client needs with market trends and investment strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and various financial services
departments.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the financial industry, with a focus on
stock market operations.
