Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure management of the daily operations of multiple units, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Lead a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to facility operations to ensure the company remains profitable.
- Remain on top of the business targets to ensure we have consistent efforts throughout the year
Qualifications and Background Must be a graduate of Hotel Management or Engineering (preferred)
MBA degree or diploma is preferred
Age:
We expect you not to exceed 45 years of age to have the maximum amount of exuberance
Compensation:
The budgeted CTC is â'¹50 Lacs Per Annum. We may deviate slightly if we find the fire in you.
