EY Wavespace: Experience Designer / Associate consultant
The opportunity
We are looking for an Experience Designer for EY wavespace team in our Bangalore office.
EY wavespace is about people and business outcomes. We design immersive programs that bring the right people together, giving them the mindset and collaborative tools to think differently. These days we are doing this both virtually and in-person for clients around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital content and branded materials that support interactive sessions
- Working with the Experience Design Team, to come up with concepts and design solutions across multiple platforms.
- Support clients in the use of collaboration software being used in the client experience
- Offer ideas on how to approach client challenges including industry trends and user experience
- Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualizationss
- Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects and various collaboration softwares including Mural, Miro, Figma, white board etc.
- Skills to Visualize, draw, create meaningful documents, presentations etc.
- Experience with photography and video production
- Ability to live-scribe / sketch-note
- Understanding of design thinking approach and working on agile teams
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Advanced degree preferred, 3+ years professional experience in Visual Design.
- Digital creative experience in a client facing role.
- Cross-functional experience working with both internal and 3rd party development teams
- Experience working with creative agencies, brands or in a consulting capacity.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Mural, InVision, Keynote, OmniGraffle, Sketch or other design technologies.
