Job description
Inspection of Fabricated components, Machined components, OEM parts
Testing of Proto Types
Validation of proto parts, proto Equipment s
Required Skills:
Inspection checking of all types of fabricated, machining, casting forging components and OEMs parts
Unit Performance test, validation
Field Validation of equipment s
Testing QC tools and Testing Equipment levels (Strain gauging, pressure mapping etc)
Additional Skills:
Snag points, Machine inspection and Testing Equipment Handling,
8D process, QC Lab Experience
Software: - Excel, MS Office, PPT, Equipment software, SAP
Roles Responsibilities:
1. Inward parts inspection and inspection at supplier s place
2. Stage inspection report to Design for improvement / suggestion
3. Proto unit assembly and proto assembly audit
4. Complete testing and validation
a. Inhouse testing as per test plan Feedback to R D and complete the process
b. Validation of parts feedback to R D and complete the process
c. Co-ordinate with Design team for feedback and correction if any
5. Co-ordinating with service for product site validation as per test plan / performance plan and physical verification of performance report at site
6. Controlling all testing measuring instruments.
7. Calibration of all measuring instruments / test equipment
8. Inspection test report compilation and release.
9. Co-ordinate with supplier for quality improvement controlling
10. Co-ordinate with purchase person for material test certificates.
11. Complete documentation pertaining to quality, test plan and field validation certificates
12. Co-ordinate with third party for testing whenever / wherever required (ARAI, iCAT, etc)
13. Physical presence at site where the testing being done across the country.
