We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support and make an impact in the Treasury team in EG.
EG is looking for a Treasury Analyst focusing on our Treasury reporting and analytical performance.The position plays a crucial role in supporting and building the Treasury landscape in EG. Driving the group level Treasury reporting and insights combined with day-to-day follow-up on the cash management and liquidity positions.

As a part of Group Finance and Treasury you'll join a strong finance community with more than 80 highly skilled colleagues, across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks As a Treasury Analyst you will:
- Support the transformation and optimization of EG's Treasury management setup, by driving the Treasury reporting and strive to establish a best-in-class Treasury analysis setup, that includes a continuous focus on identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives both in the daily tasks, the monthly reporting, and the ad hoc tasks
- Be part of a very dedicated finance team – and work very closely with and report to the Treasury Manager
- Support the implementation and integration of acquisitions to the Group bank relationship, this includes Know your Customer (KyC) and general onboarding tasks towards the banks
- improve methodologies and processes around Treasury in general and acting as a business partner on Treasury related challenges
- Collaborate with the finance team on joint presentations, business reviews and analysis
- Support the Treasury Manager, VP of Finance and the CFO on various ad-hoc analysis and reporting
The ideal candidate As a Treasury analyst, you will work closely with the Treasury Manager, as well as the finance teams in EG in general. In order to succeed in the role, it is crucial that you master cross organizational networking, collaboration and the ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the underlying business and processes in Finance and Treasury
Furthermore, we expect the following from you:
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of business finance experience, preferably with experience within the field of Treasury, in a large corporation or bank
- Experience with financial analysis
- Structured, persistent, and result-driven
- Fast learner with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management and presentations skills
- Experience with Netsuite and Cognos is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Thrive in handling great complexity
- Speak and write English fluently
