Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Store And Purchase. As a part of our company, you will be responsible for managing the store and procurement activities. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience in store and purchase management, preferably in a healthcare
- Strong knowledge of store management systems and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of GRN and PO releasing
- Familiarity with inventory management techniques
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the overall store and procurement activities of the Unit
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare purchase orders and release them after necessary approvals
- Receive, inspect, and document goods received notes (GRN)
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments regarding stock availability and requirements
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with deliveries and invoices
- Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure accuracy of records
- Collaborate with finance team for invoice verification and payment processing
- Assist in the development and implementation of store and procurement policies and strategies
- Provide training and guidance to store staff
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements in processes
