Job description
The Key Account Manager is expected to contribute to Reverie's growth and development in a variety of ways. Principal accountabilities:
§ Develops the skills and knowledge to understand the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goal in assigned account(s) or sales territory.
§ Develops relationships with clients to act as advisor for Language Translation / NMT / NLP / LaaS solutions
§ Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with solution teams, develops and presents concept notes / proposed solutions to solve client's complex business issues.
§ Identifies relevant opportunities in the market from identified accounts. Anchor proposals / pitch presentations for Reverie's active pursuits in the identified accounts for targeting large opportunities. The person would also be responsible to own the proposals and manage client relationships.
§ Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with delivery team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
