Job description

Fermbox is engaged in the business of synthetic biology, focused on research and manufacturing of biotech derived small molecules as alternatives to key starting materials, intermediates cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical ingredients from plant, animal or petrochemical sources, leveraging microbial fermentation and synthetic biology.

Headquartered at Electronics City Phase I in the bustling metropolis of Bengaluru, Fermbox is committed to offering customized SynBio product solutions that are better for the planet, people and businesses.

Fermbox is seeking a smart, talented and articulate Executive Assistant who will work closely with the founders and management team in driving its ambitious growth plans. If you live close to Electronics City in Bengaluru with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, and believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized and comfortable in scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Further, they should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities (not Exhaustive)

• Calendar management
• Aid in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests
• Cater to Travel and Accommodation requests
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills (written amp; verbal), deadline-driven, well-organized, detail-oriented, and with a pleasant demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a start-up or MNC would be desirable
