Job Overview: As a Executive- Lead Generation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate quality leads for the organization. You will lead a team of professionals focused on identifying and qualifying potential customers or clients through various channels. Your goal will be to drive the growth of the business by ensuring a steady influx of leads that align with the company's target audience and objectives.

We’ll trust you with: •Identify potential leads through research, networking, and industry analysis. •Utilize various channels such as email, social media, and cold calling to initiate contact with prospects. •Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profile. •Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs, pain points, and buying intent. •Determine the viability and potential value of each lead to prioritize follow-up activities. •Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and facilitate smooth handover. •Provide valuable insights and feedback to marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. •Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement. •Comfortable with cold calling and prior experience in

tele sales
