Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for Guest Relations, Communication, Customer Service, Sales, and Receptionist Duties. The Guest Relations Executive will also be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for all guests, providing exceptional customer service, and appropriately addressing guest concerns or complaints.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Receptionist duties experience and skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficient in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus
