Job Title: Project Lead SAP REFX

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate plan execute control and complete small or less complex projects by monitoring tracking and analyzing project control metrics.

2. Lead project development production support and maintenance activities for SAP REFX.

3. Ensure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes.

4. Act as the primary interface with customers addressing issues proactively to prevent escalations.

5. Create functional and technical specification documents.

6. Allocate tickets to resources and ensure timely closure of open tickets/incidents within SLA/KPI/OLA deadlines.

7. Encourage continuous improvement within the delivery team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Assist Project Manager in Risk Management and participate in quality reviews to ensure adherence to quality norms.

9. Develop initial charter and project plan review specification documents and monitor project control metrics.

10. Consolidate project status reports across all modules and facilitate knowledge management.

11. Serve as the single point of contact for project stakeholders.

12. Foster teamwork mentor subordinates and provide motivation for professional development.

13. Provide application production support following the defined process/RACI Matrix.

Technical Competences:

1. Proficiency in SAP REFX.

2. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

3. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

4. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

5. Experience in risk management and quality assurance processes.

6. Familiarity with software quality processes and compliance standards.

7. Strong leadership and team management skills.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

9. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in service management.

10. Experience in drafting project charters plans and specifications.

11. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
